Completing the 7 week Mindset Course helped guide me to the happy place that I’m at today.  I found peace by finding peace within myself. The biggest thing I have learnt that is in order to love life entirely, you must love who you are. When you love yourself you will never be lonely even when you are alone. I learned how to change my way of thinking to positive thoughts. I learned how important acts of kindness are and how important it is to make time for yourself. Everything fell into place so easily from there. Thank you so much Shelley. It has truly been a godsend for me and helped me when my life fell apart once again.  You are awesome !!
