Paradigms are a multitude of habits that condition you to produce certain results. Your results are not a product of your mind or behaviour but a product of your paradigms. Your paradigms are formed from when you were born with what was around you and what you heard from others. This was through the subconscious mind and is changed through repetition and self-image.
Take time to write daily your needs and wants as writing causes you to think. When you write these needs and wants down in an affirmation you are bringing order and focus to your mind.
Continuously writing out your goals and affirmations, you are constantly being reminded of what you truly desire. You then start to believe and your thoughts manifest into your world.
We are all stars in our own movie! When you start to see yourself achieving what you want, you get excited, believe in yourself, and start to manifest more.
Imagine yourself doing what you want and put that image across you the screen of your mind.
It is so important to surround yourself with like-minded people. The energy you get from others and give to others helps your along the way with your journey.
Awareness is the state or ability to perceive, feel, or be conscious of events, objects, or sensory patterns. In this level of consciousness, you are understanding of your beliefs and whether they are positive or holding you back.
If you are aware then this will give you the knowledge and understanding of what you need to do and the direction you need to go to make changes to improve yourself and be the successful person you choose to be.
